Saturday night, at the end of the night, my girlfriend, a friend, and I came into Bash's. I immediately walked into the bathroom where I proceeded to get sick. My girlfriend went to the bar and began to order a pitcher and then noticed I was gone. She came and got me out of the bathroom and took me home, never taking a drink from the bartender. Never returning to the bar, the bartender could have easily sold the untouched pitcher to another customer. Come Monday morning, I see a charge on my credit card. The owner, Mike Fuqua, refused to reimburse this mistake and on top of that was completely unnecessarily rude, answering the door with a gun saying he had better things to do.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
partial truth

this story is not complete. we always carry side arms while doing financial work in the mornings. This disgruntalled ex employee came by in the morning to our back door. Of course I had a side arm. The two girls with her did order a pitcher of beer with a credit card. After we had already poured the pitcher and set it on bar, we then gave them glasses. When they walked off, we had no idea they left, how long they would be gone, our if they just went to rest room. We left the beer on bar for at least 20 minutes. We could not serve that beer to another customer, as she states. If the customer was not rude out of the gate, we might have worked something out. Simple. You order, you pay. Should be common sense.
