Basic Auto Sales Horrible Customer Serives Ashland Virginia

 I traded in my Pontiac Montana  for a 2004 ford Explorer from basic auto sales the car had a funny rattling noise under the hood the dealership promised they would fix the noise after doing some research they advised me the  vehicle was to unsafe for me to drive so they were going to put me in another car I was all for that at first until I found out the only car that they were willing to put me in was a mini van I was very upset about this and asked them to give me my vehicle back or my money the owner informed me that was not a option the bank would allow the to undo the loan , so basically I was stuck with them later finding out after doing some research basic auto sales had breached there contract with the bank due to them taking payment on the down payment instead of collecting it in one lump sum . I would have been all for working with them to get in another vehicle if they would have to screwing me over the Kia that im currently in keeps breaking down I have put a new battery in that was a $100 then a belt broke which was $323 and with in 24 hours the vehicle stop working now there saying another part has went bad a are refusing to fix it I have no readily way to work and my daughter has missed school for a whole week since I have been without a vehicle. I am begging for help!!
