I noticed that other people have also been victims of Bath and Vanities. I ordered a vanity and a faucet back in MARCH. They were special order items and they told me it would take at least 6-8 weeks to come in.
In JUNE, they sent me an email stating I would receive my vanity in 4 weeks. Seeing that my bathroom was already remodeled around that vanity, I decided to wait.
Finally, I was fed up and called them, but the phone was no longer in service. They changed their company name to easeemart.com with no form of contact except email. They emailed me on July 21, saying I would receive a refund check within 5- 10 business days. It is now August 11 and still no check!! They no longer respond to my emails. I am having my credit card company dispute it and I am calling the Better Business Bureau tomorrow.
I have never been a victim of an internet scam report and wanted to make others aware before it happened to them. Do NOT use Bath and Vanities or Easeemart!!! They should be ashamed of their deplorable actions and I look forward to when they are caught and reprimanded!!!!!
