Bath Solutions is a company that installs replacement tub and shower kits.

Company rep. Andrew Olearnick came to survey and measure my retired mothers Condo shower enclosure. Throughout his sales presentation to me, he had his sales manual open to display a tiled shower enclosure as was the original. During his conversation with me he clearly indicated to me that the enclosure would come with soap & shampoo caddy's in the corners as if they were standard. In concluding his presentation Andrew gave a lead time of 6 weeks which turned into 11 weeks! At the time of installation I could not be present and found out too late that the enclosure installed had plain flat walls and no corner caddy's.

I contacted the company on a number of occaisions and spoke with the receptionist Heather. After expressing my displeasure over the company and the service she explained that there was nothing I could do. I finally reached Andrew directly a couple of times. He politely stated that he'd look into it, however we've never heard back from him.
