I paid over 2000 dollars for a steam shower bath, which was not in stock as stated on ebay, and was also delivered on wrong day and damaged. Once it was put together, my contractor stated it was a used unit, damage existed only where someone else would have put this together. Alex or his real name Igor, repeatly insulted me and my contractors, the ebay listing stated that it could plug into any normal plug, when in fact it cost me almost 1000 dollars to hook up 30amp breaker.
After that was done, an electrican (many) spent many hours trying to get this to work, pieces were missing, broken, wires were pulled out. After 4 months of this, and a cost of almost 5000 dollars above and beyond the price of the shower, i still dont have a fully fuctional shower, no jets, bubbles in tub. After filing a BBB dispute, Alex or Igor contacted me and asked me what parts i needed, I told him i needed the electrical box, he sent me a controller instead. Demanding that i remove my credit card dispute, and BBB complaint. I again tried to contact him for the right part.
He sent me pictures of the box he had, which was not the right one. After some research, I believe he got a very bad batch of these steam showers, and is no longer selling this model. I even offerred to compromise, send me something simular, he refused to answer and has been nothing but nasty on the phone, but very nice in emails. He has lied to me and other countless times and i have the proof to show it. I would not suggest ordering anything from this company, for he is well in over his head and a very mean person and impossible to deal with. He has lied to paypal, ebay, me, other customers and just trying to cover his tracks. I could go on forever about his lies and the problems, but it will be dealt with, period. I will have to fly to colorado to sue for my money back, which i have no way of losing with all the proof i have. At this point and time, it seems that we may be able to sue his company from my state because the purchase was done over the internet and it was paid for in NJ. Please beware of any purchase from this company

He can write what ever he wants, i was sent a used unit and he did nothing to help with the parts i needed even though it was under warranty! His response was contact the Manufactor (which is unknown from china somewhere) My shower is not working correctly and never will. I have hired a private investigator from Colorado and found out alot about the owner of this company who calls himself alex. His real name is igor and he has two other alias and also differnet DOB's. I was told that even if i do sue, and win, which i know i will, it will be hard to collect any money because he is out of state, that is why i hired a private investigator, I will but a lien on not only his bussiness but his home, both in colorado and the one he still may or may not own in NY. I have the name of his wife and family members who all seem to live in the same house or use the same address. I am not even sure he is in this country legally, i am checking on that now, and his other business's. In February (ticket purchased) myself and Roberta (you know who she is) are flying to colorado and filing a small claims suit for the full amount of 7500 - colorado law. I have been in contact with the local courts and they will schedule this for a thursday, and if it goes to trial it might not be until friday, they have promised me that because i am coming from out of state. They can only order him to pay the money, if he does not i will place the lein on all the properties i located tied to his name (many). He will pay for my tub, robertas tub, both our flights both our hotel rooms and the attorney i have hired in colorado. See you then, Igor. And you thought it was over? Cheryl has opened a dispute with paypal, it was closed in 12 days siding with us. Cheryl performed a chargeback with her credit card, they sided with us within 15 days.
Right now Cheryl has a wonderful steam shower installed in her bathroom. It's our most popular unit. Unfortunately she had severe installation problems. She had enough electricity routed to her bathroom to run a shaver - not a steam shower.
In the end, Cheryl wanted for us to pay for her electrician's costs, whom she claims she paid several thousand dollars. Unfortunately we do pay for installations.
