In May 2012 Joseph Battaglia was contracted by me to redo my terrace and overhang. I paid him $5540.00 for the supplies and 1/3 of labor.
1st summer joe blew up his finger on firecrackers could not do the job.
2nd summer Joe needed 4 days of non rain days. It never happened.
3rd summer Joe used one excuse after another. His daughter had heart surgery ( he now claims it was eye surgery) His son had a broken arm.
4th summer Joe promissed many times to come even saying he would on weekends but to this day he still has not come.
In Nov. 2015 I sent him a certified letter informing him that I wanted my entire money back or the 1/3 of labor money and my supplies I paid for to be deliverd to my house. After numerous promisses as of today Ja. 20,2016 I have not received either money or supplies.
I tried going to the tiles store Benson tiles to see if I could recuperate my tiles but was unable to a Joe Battaglia had never paid the tile owner for the tiles. I found out they were related in the process of trying to recuperate my tiles.
