WORST COMPANY EVER .....They sent me a defective battery that I paid 2 day shipping for...told me they wont send another until they get the old one back. OK fine ..Send it back 2nd day.Again at my expense . (I had a tracking number so I know when they received it) Finally a week later they decide to  send a new one GROUND..It's not expected to be here for 9 days....This is customer service???? PATHETIC !! I run an I.T. company and was more then willing to do whatever it took to get a new one here ASAP because it was for a client. They never answer their phones, answer no emails, and only send you status updates when it's convenient for them.  I am just glad I learned how bad they were on the first order. None of my supplies would ever do that. I just want people to know before they have the same experience. Have any other doubts go do a search on their Facebook page.
