In june 21015 I took my watch (Swiss Made) into Batteris Plus Bulbs, after a few days without hearing from Jim Clarke (the Owner) I just went into the Batteries Plus in Talahassee Florida to check on my watch, the young man Sean, (the owners Son) said that they put a battery in it but it still does not work, I thought this was strange, so I took it to the ROLEX repair shop, and they opend the watch and find that the gears had been damaged, parts were missing and No Battery was even put in it!. So with this information I went back to Batteries Plus and Mr. Clarke, He stated for me not to worrie that he would have it fixed or replace the watch for me, because of the damaged don by his employee. A week goes by and I get a call from Mr. Clarke that the watch was fixed and I could pick it up, Great! The next day I go to wear the watch and it is not running, so I went back to Batteries Plus and droped of the watch to be rechecked by the watch service Mr. Clarke uses. About a week later I get a call from Mikes Jewelry repair and he tells me that the watch was working and I could pick it up at his store, On the other side of town. I go the shop and Mikes gives me the wactch back and guess what? It was not working. So I go all the way back to Batteries Plus to see Mr. Clark again, He would not speak to me but has his son Sean stated that they were done with my watch, and all I wanted was a free watch, and Get Out Of My Store!. Boy is that the wrong thing to say to someone that has been riped off by Batteries Plus (Tallahassee Florida). AS far as my watch, it was a limited edition Swiss Dive Watch, and it can not be replaced, It can be sent back to the factory and be rebuilt, as I requsted from Mr. Clarke, He has refused. Next Stop Law Suite. I am just one consumer but, one plus one and so on. Mr Clarke and Batteries Plus in Tallahassee Florida my not be there much longer. Advice to Mr. Clarke.....Do the right thing
