They set me the wrong part. The part was falsely represented on their web site. I paid $25 extra for expedited shipping (3-5 days) and it took over 2 weeks to arrive. I got an RMA to return the misrepresented part and months later, after contacting them repeatedly, they advice me that I will be charged $12 for shipping AND a %15 restocking fee. How can they do this? I already paid for shipping both ways AND they sent a different part than I ordered.
I have been waiting for the refund for over 8 months now and still have not received one. The only reply emails I receive either state that they will charge me by sending only a partial refund or that they will send me the refund 'asap' .... the last 'asap' reply from 'batterycentury' was over 2 months ago.

so that it may be too late to file a dispute with your card company- but you can try anyway.
OR
What I WOULD DO:
Simply order the part again with your card. Now IF you get the right part this time, just claim the first wrong part is the one they sent this time (if you still have it) and file for a refund with the CREDIT card company.
EVEN BETTER:
Just claim they sent you an empty box with some weighted filler. Now keep both parts for your trouble and have the card company refund ya.
