BatterySavings.com rips off United States Army soldier!! Los Angeles California

I ordered a battery for my Sharp Camcorder and was charged for the item twice by BatterySavings.com. When I emailed them to get clarification that it would be taken care of, none of my emails were responded to by a representative or anybody else for that matter. When I tried to call the number listed on their 'Contact Us' page on their web site, I learned that it was not an operating number!

Thank goodness my bank crdited my account the amount when I filed the fraudulent activity report. But it should not have come to that, someone from BatterySavings.com should have replied to me and helped me to fix the problem. But, since they did not, I am filing this report, and taking even further action to ensure that this does not happen to anybody again.

Do yourself a favor folks, and pass it on to your friends and family: these folks rip people off, without remorse or concern. Do not conduct any kind of business with them, ever.

I hope this helps to protect folks, please don't get hamstrung like I did!
