Battleye and Cipsoft My character deleted 7 years making it. Internet

Hello BattlEye after my conversation with Cipsoft and my Lawyer (which contacted also with cipsoft) i decided to write email again (my lawyer also will send a letter to your company and cipsoft)   So i think i had some DEBUG with Battleye i saw that many players got deleted and also me (i have blue screens by Battleye i think in that case i got deleted for that in that case i will go to lawyer or something i can give pc to scan if i got any unofficial software to play tibia or something i dont wanna lose all my life which i spend with that game many hours days months and years for make this lvl which i had i was one of the biggest in that game.) im writing to you cipsoft because my character "Maslo Grubas Bulbazaur" 780 LVL Master Sorcerer is i dont even know "deleted"? I was in game like 10 sec and my character just got kicked from game i was trying to enter my acc/password once again and i saw empty character list and later passwords just didnt work i check on page tibia.com and i saw that my character dsnt not exsist.

I will show u my situation what was going on.  had blue screens very often because of battleye i also was playing other game with "battleye system" game title is "PUBG" Player Unknown Battleground when i was playing and later trying to open tibia my client was saying that he cannot "verfied by battleye" or something like that i didnt used any kind of unofficial software its kinda weird im really sad about that because i think like i lost all whole my life leveling this character and I know it was bug in new city with "warzones" but i didnt abuse it u can check my account i was only exping at this new place with Diremaws and Deepworms (or something like that) i reported always many bugs to cipsoft etc , with fake skulls , with client closing. I think its some mistake because i can see that many players getting deleteds for nothing i hope u gonna review this what i write now because i dont know whats going on to be honest please check my account once again i dont wanna lose all whole my life in just like that i was making this 780 lvl 7 years. I lost much money on that character like 4-6,000$ usd by buying coins,premiums,transfers.
