Stay far away from Bavarian Auto Recycling in Rancho Cordova, CA. I ordered three parts from them on two separate orders. The first time, the part came in with missing pieces that had been shown on their web site. The next order was for two parts. Both were 'close' but wrong.

Sent them back in 11/13. It is now 2/14 and no refund. Today I made my 4th call to them. This time the story was, "Oh! Someone (whoever someone is) didn't enter your return into the database." How strange. After 3 previous calls, he seemed to find it with no trouble.

If this were the only BMW parts dealer in the entire world and I needed a part to keep the car running, I'd drive it to the junk yard first. Stay far away from this outfit. Irresponsible - incompetent - apathetic toward customer needs at any point in the transaction.
