Unsatisfied Customer of Bay Alarm Co. Calif's leading ripoff con security game

Well, here we go again do all alarm company's play this game i came into a buiness with an excisting alarm company i just wanted quility service nothing more nothing less.

I signed up for a service agreement on 05-09-01 well it took 6 day's of unsatisfactory service and complaints to know i was not happy with anything about this company.after 6 days of false alarms and my numerious complaints about faulty equip.

They reported to me the wires that the alarm was installed with was rodent eaten (there excuse to why there were problems with this system not doing the job i was paying it to do)oh and this is not covered under standard service agreementoh but for $$$$$$ we can fix the problem on 05-15-01 i said please do not do anything for me i got a new system installed oh did i say free of charge from another company.

Well, this really got things started the Bay Alarm company came into my place of buisness and distroyed the wire system there alarm was connected to i called everyone of there 800 num in the country asking any one to please remove there employees from my premises another technician showed because one could not damage things fast enough.

i even talk to the owner who said this is standard practice in removing there services but if i wanted a new alarm system they would reinstall (yea right ) oh and give me a break in monitering cost so:
05-09-01 - 05-15-01 6 days of service numerious demands I pay them 1 years worth of service monitering they are turning me over to collection company for non - payment what a rip this is I HOPE THE WORLD SEE'S WHAT IS GOING ON AND GET'S WISE TO SCAMS AS THISHOW CAN THIS BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN IN AMERICA WE HAVE RIGHT'S TO QUILITY SERVICE.
