Uses a different company name "Bay Area Data Cabling" because his original "Peak Communications" business had so many complaints. We got suckered into using his services because he advertises on google as bayareadatacabling.com, Brock is very unproffesional and has little knowledge of what he is doing. He stated he had a staff that could handle our network wiring project but came a day late with one person who was in shorts and smelled of beer. They both spent a whole day running wires in our home and were constantly complaining. This guy had the nerve to demand payment before the job was done and tell us he would come back the next day. We refused to pay him until the work was done. I looked up his license and information online and found there was NOTHING for his company. Beware!!! We hired a local company off angieslist and they successfully finished the job. The cell phone number brock gave us is now disconnected...

Due to the fact that Rip Off Report does not allow reports to be deleted, I believe it is necessary to say that I shouldn't have written those false statements about Brock because he is a good person and actually does know the telecom field really well. When I originally wrote this about him I was upset because we both bid on the same job and he was awarded it and I apologize for the things I said I about him. I shouldn't have tried to take food off of his table...

The author of this report of my company interests, personal information etc. states several untrue facts and are as follows.
A) I do not use the name Bay Area Data cabling because I have too many complaints with Peak Communications- I only have great reviews for Peak Communications. Secondly, where are the so called complaints?
B) None of my customers are suckered into projects., Customers sign a bid and then I complete the project.
C) The author states that; " I looked up his license and information online and found there was NOTHING for his company." This is simply not true. The Contractors State License Board for California does in fact have information on my license/ company which I note has been active since 2001, for Peak Communications. As a license holder, the qualifying individual of the company, myself, has ability to be affiliated with a total of three separate licenses. Bay Area Data Cabling is also able to be viewed on the CSLB.ca.gov website which is currently in the process of obtaining it's own, separate license. *Note that cslb.ca.gov keeps record of complaints listed for licenses and since I've had my license in 2001, I have zero complaints. The information on their website is all public information.
D) I am very professional and my references will prove this...I am also very proficient in the telecommunications field as I've been in this field since 1996 without any lapse in time served. You can view my website for which testimonials exist as well as project photos. Peak-com.com
E) I have never have left a job unfinished, never. The author and his report is completely bogus and lastly I can provide any organization or individual that can help me have this hoax removed with documentation of all projects I have contracted and completed. Can Joe J submit my so called bid to you? He can't because there doesn't exist one.
