BAY AREA FIELD SERVICES WAS NOT PAID FOR JOBS COMPLETED ST. PETE, Florida

bay are field services has not paid me for work Completed And Submitted. They took the proceeds for themselves and never gave me my share.... I have an actual contract, of which clearly states i would be paid in 45 days/ when they get paid from First American Field Services. I have not been paid yet and it had been over 2 months. I am owed over $3500.00. There excuse is that the photos have been duplicated. Funny, they got paid and i didn't, i guess they will try any excuse not to pay there vendors. I called First American Field Services and reported this to them. They will be taking action. DO NOT WORK FOR BAY AREA FIELD SERVICES!!!!!! THEY DO NOT PAY THERE SUBS! THEY LIE AND TELL YOU ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER! THEY LIED TO ME AND TOLD ME THEY DID NOT GET PAID FOR THE WORK, YET I CONTACTED FAFS AND SENT THEM A EMAIL WITH ALL THE WO #'S, AND INDEED THEY DID GET PAID. SO THAT IS THAT! THERE ARE ALSO A FEW OTHER VENDOR THAT HAVE NOT GOTTEN PAID AS WELL. I AM CURRENTLY IN TALKS WITH THEM IN FILING A CLASS-ACTION SUIT.
