These guys lied to us along the way. The cabinets that they sent us were broken and they did not take responsibilities. On the other hand they gave us the wrong dimensions for the fridge and it would not fit. After I talked to Jack and Joseph(owners) they told me there was no smaller size in the market and I showed them there was. They told me to get a lawyer and Joseph called me a mother***** and told me to leave. We spent 30 G but the quality was not worth a penny hope I could go back in time and avoid doing business with them. After breaking the appliance and ruining my home due to bad installers,
bay cities provides no customer service. The actual installers were nice and
took complete responsibility but said that Bay Cities must handle it...fair enough.
Spoke to the owner, Joseph and his approach is to just yell, yell, and
deny everything.  My neighbor knows them and told me to stay away
from Bay Cities. Unfortunately, I had already purchased my products.
My neighbor bought the same machines from another place and has had
wonderful service.  Not only is there no customer service, they become nasty.
