Hello every one,
do not work for this company the owner and General manager are full of crap and do not know how to run a business period.
1. the hiring process is illegal they have no hiring paper work but a w4 no I9 no at will nothing.
2. the company does not drug test does not check back round checks.
The patrol cars are not safe at all they do not have good tires on them the maintence on them is really bad they break constantly the owner tells you he ordered the new cars and nothing the company does not take care of there patrol cars or uniforms. the uniforms are illegal and against penal code of santa clara county they look like cops which is not allowed in the field period.
The general manager is bully and lies to you and tells you to deal with it on your own you have no back up or any thing except when san jose police is free. the place does not care a bout your safety at all.
The dispatch is joke they have no contact info for the owner or gm.
patrol cars r not clean the seats or ripped the car is trashed has not been washed ina long time there gas cards dont work have the time.
word of advice to any one who applys do not bother they are liars and will not show up to interview you they are scamers and have very few accounts and they have lost alot of accounts
