Bay Ridge Toyota Dealership charge $667 for replacing coolant control valve brooklyn New York

they charge me $670 for just replace coolant control valve. $300 more than it suppose to charge comparing to all the toyota dealer located on longisland. ( i called every dealer to confirm i got ripped off) . Here is how thing goes:   i brought in my toyota prius in june 13 (date might not be exact, some day around)  for service because of the check engine light. JP is the adviser served me. he told me the diagnostic fee will be $227 and could be waived if i let them fixing the car. 2 days later he finally called me at 2PM to let me know that the coolant control valve needs to be replaced. and i can get my car back at 5PM. the total cost would be $670. so here is my option either pay $227 without my car fixed or $670 to get it fixed. when i got my bill back i instantly know i got ripped off. here is the break down of the bill : $30 for coolant( suppose to be $20),  $ 100 for valve ( $89 supposed to be), 4.7 hour labor rate $470 ( call me at 2 Pm to come to pick up at 5 pm. 3 hours max,) how is 4.7hours come out. i talked to their manager mark about this, and his response is i authorized to get it fix and i should consider the diagnostic time. i come back with fire and called every toyota dealer on longisland to check the price. one of dealer told me 2.5 hour is the max to replace the valve with proper tool.
