Baylor Hospital Billing Department LAZY Incompetent Idiots Dallas Texas

THESE PEOPLE ARE LAZY AND INCOMPETENT.  I had to have surgery for a medical problem.  My deductible is $1000.  No problem.  Paid it directly to my doctors office as they said it was the only way I could go through with the surgery.  A couple weeks after the surgery the drama with Baylor Billing begins.  Letters and phone calls saying I owe them $1000 for the deductible.  I politely call them saying my doctors office mandated I pay them that $1000.  Have receipts from both my doctors office transaction and my insurance company PROVING THIS.  Baylors staff put me on hold for hours AT a time.  Then just hang up.  Their accent and bad grammar don't sound like they are even competent and intelligent enough to even work in this country in the first place.  Interesting.  Next thing I know I get a letter from a debt collection company saying I owe the $1,000 I ACTUALLY ALREADY PAID AND HAVE PROOF OF but the retarded non-engilish speaking eubonics Baylor staff is too retarded to follow up on.  HEY BAYLOR NEWSFLASH: I already paid that money and have several documents proving up.  Guess what?  You are paid to follow up on this not me.  But go ahead...continue trying to collect this debt I have already paid for.  You will never see another dime out of me.  And guess what?  Anytime a doctor says they use your facilities?  THEY are FIRED because I will never trust such lazy and incompetent practices with MY HEALTH AGAIN.
