Bayquest Capital - Affiliated Financial Help they are riping us off Sunrise Florida

We purchased a car from David Stanley Dodge in Oklahoma City using Dash Financial Services as our financer. We bought the care in July of 2007 and in May of 2008 Affliated Finacial/ Bayquest capital supposely bought the note and we needed to start sending our payment s to them.

When we were two days late on a payment becasue they said that it was returned NSF then they shut the car off and were coming to get it. Only when you talk to Bayquest they say that they do not have controll over the car and that Dash is still in charge of the car.

If Bayquest bought the loan then why would Dash still be in charge of when they could shut the car off. I became more aware of problems within the l;ast several months. We have had to make payment arrangements with them several times and had to take a deferal on this months payment. But, now they are saying that we are a payment behind and they are coming after the care once again.

Yesturday I went to lunch at 12:05 and the car started fine. Then when I went to go back to work from lunch the car would not start which means that Dash has shut the car off again. I decided to check the laws of the State of Oklahoma and I have found that they can legally not do this. It is basicly having 3 differant companies that will have control over your car and if one does not like the arrangments then the other two can take the car from you.

When I asked for my payoff I was told that this was not avaiable to me because of the late payment. This has been a nightmare and a half and everytime you talk to someone it is all different.

Oh before I forget they are also in Davis, FL and Dallas, TX. Our payments are mailed to Davie, FL. the drifts come from Sunrise,FL and the call center is in Dallas, TX. and good luck on trying to figure out which of the 14 phone numbers you need to call when you have a problem.

Avoid this company they will hurt your credit, take your money and still shut your car off and tell you they are coming to get it no matter what the arrangments are. Also they a contact with the dealers to keep them in the mix as well according to the Oklahoma Used Car Commission.

I hope maybe someone can stop this madness and this company before a whole group of people get hurt and lose their cars, and that also goes for me. I pay my money and leave me the hell alone and stop shuting off my car and telling me your coming to get it.

With the financial world like it is now I would think they would want you to keep your car and just be a few days late paying for it rather then coming after it.
