BayView Loan Servicing.,LLC breach of contract,forcing into escrow Miami Nationwide

Ever since American General Home Equity took a Mortage Loan out for our single wide home it has been sold several of times until BayView Loan Servicing LLC., got ahold of it

We have never been late with a payment and if by any chance someone says we are we contact them right away and find the problem and fix it until BayView Loan Servicing LLC., came into our lives.

About every week we are getting correspondence from them saying our address is not the same on our Insurance and our mailing address. Our Insurance company keeps sending them our proof of Home owners insurance on our loan. And some how Bayview doesn't reconize it. Until I personnely called our Postmaster for proof,then Bayview complied.

And to top it off Bayview Loan Servicing has started breaching our Mortage contract by forcing us into a Escrow Account. They want us to pay their Insurance and their property taxes inwhich we pay ourselves. We never was in any Escrow with any loan we have obtained.

Everytime we call Bayview Loan Servicing LLC., we are automatically transfered to a North California Office and we file a complaint with a woman and told to call back every week for a follow up report. Every time we call for the follow up we end up filing a new complaint. No-one seems to know what is going on or you are put on hold for several minutes. Last time I called I was on hold for over 1 and 1/2 hours then I was hung up on.

Today we finally got a letter reconizing one of our complaints BLS # 10000034694 and should have a resolution by 5/22/17. This request asked them for a copy of the loan they bought and a copy of the I.R.S., reports they sent in for 2016. This has nothing to do with the oral complaints that was submitted via by phone.

Of course the phone number they gave me is the same as before. And the HAMP Escalations Department. Bayview Loan Servicing LLC., is actually a Debt Collector. Believe it or not the letter sent to us says this is a debt collector and is an attempt to collect a debt. Hell I know I have a mortage but I'm not in default .

But according to BayView Loan servicing saying the payment I sent out to them for March payment they never got so I called the Money Order place and found out BayView Loan servicing cashed both money orders on March 10th, 2017 for a total of $608.95,. I asked Bayview about this and got hung up on as usual.

I've even thought about filling Bankrupcy but to me I took this Mortage out since I needed a home and it's my responsibility to follow thru with my Loan as was written up.

I don't know what to do any more. Why cant BayView Loan Servicing LLC, abide by our original loan. Nothing has changed from day one. I just don't get it. I even went to Atty and asked for his help and he was not the right person to talk to in this matter. So I am at the mercy of these in adept people or if someone can direct me in the right directions.
