bayviewlawgroup SCAM comming soon to you BEWARE Long Beach California

I to am a VICTIM of the Bayview Law Group SCAM. Just like Monica from Amherst NY.  my experience with the BAYVIEW LAW GROUP is identical to her experience. Don't be fooled like all of us who were by the BAYVIEW LAWGROUP.

I was actually refered to this web site by my creditors,of all people, after I had to settle my debt myself as BAYVIEW LAWGROUP promissed they could do and took $12,000 to do so but didn't.  So here is how it was explained to me from creditors and collectors who have worked with BAYVIEW LAWGROUP before.

Bayview targets certain areas for a short period of time only. When they get their "quota" per say they move on to the next target area before facts of wrong doing can get out to the locals they just scammed. this would explain why you only here thier commecial for weeks not months.

When you call BAYVIEW LAWGROUP you actually speek with a smooth talking SALES rep. to lure you in by promising the world to you that BAYVIEW LAWGROUP will end your financial woes for a FEE  that you have to pay up front before they can help you.......Hmmm should have seen that comming  SCAM SCAM SCAAAAMM!!!!

After you wise up and realize that your credirors/ collectors are not only not getting paid and they also can't reach BAYVIEW LAWGROUP because they were given contact info that is never answered by Bayview, as in 2 situations from my creditor, BAYVIEW LAWGROUP will then simply state that they are not able to help your situation after all and suggest that you claim bankruptcy which is why you went to them in the first place to avoid, also which you have to pay for your self  while BAYVIEW LAWGROUP keeps all the money you "gave" to them for their expenses they've accumulated while working on your case......  HA !!!!!

NOW last here is their legal loop hole they try to pull to ensure that you can't sue them tor a refund,  are you ready ????   BAYVIEW LAWGROUP will "accidentally" bill you and withdraw 1 extra month of fee's from your bank as also in my case. Then, as upstanding as they are, will let you know of their "billing" error and will be more than happy to return these mis-billed funds back to you after you sign a Mutual Release Form stating that you waive all your rights to legally go after BAYVIEW or associates of BAYVIW LAW.    SO lets review that again shall we,, first that over bill you,, illigally withdraw fund from your bank,, then by using emotional and financial Durees have you sign a waiver BEFORE they will return the extra money in which they shouldn't have taken to begin with... But thats not even the best of this scam part; Going back over my records I was contacted more times by BAYVIEW in one week than my creditors and I were contacted in 3 mos. combined from BAYVIEW just to have me sign this form... which I didn't     Hmmm   SCAM SCAM SCAM

If you are a victim of the BAYVIEW LAWGROUP SCAM as I am too gather all your paperwork in my cases over 180 pages of all contacts associated with Bayview, bank statemant, phone records incomming and outgoing with BAYVIEW if your set up for this feature, faxs and e-mails sent to you and in my case the ones you sent to them and cc: back to you, the Attorney-Client Agreement, any waivers, and if you are able to settle or make payment arraingements with creditor/ collectors as I have their contact logs with BAYVIEW LAWGROUP, you will find that once the creditos start receiving their money they are more than happy to help you after you explain the Scam you fell for.

For those who have not signed up with BAYVIEW LAWGROUP stay away.  For those who are a victim go to your local D.A.s office for advise for the FRAUD that BAYVIEW has committed to you. I'm talking to a Law group locally who may be interested in an innerstate racketing suite.
