This company is a fraud. They cheat their clients to earn money. Don't ever buy from them. This is their business method: B&B preys on new clients (like me), only showing the samples and never the actual material in their warehouse, sells you a bunch of crap in a short period of time, ignores your request to see the material when loading with some bullcrap insurance policy excuse. (Or they might grant you a peek just once, showing you the actual material.) Yet. when the material arrives you're going to find out they're all contaminated and you're going to try and find them to take care of the issue -- The moment you bring up any issues, they all start to ignore you or delay their response, and sometimes even denying your request with excuses. (They told me seeing the material once in the warehouse should be enough to determine what material will be loaded into the container. However, they loaded different materials instead.)

In addition, they are good at dodging rules and laws that it will be tough to get a hold of them. If you buy from them, these are the additional rules that they don't tell you which are stated in their invoice that buyers would have to accept the moment the materials are shipped:

1. Notice of shortages or non-compliance must be given within ten days upon receipt of material.

2. You agree to pay interest of 1.5% per month on any balance unpaid within terms.

3. An attorney's fee of 25% of the unpaid balance, plus court costs, on any unpaid balance sent to our attorney for collection.

Essentially, these three rules translate to: You're totally screwed if you buy any materials from B&B. Because if you do export, there is no way to respond within 10 days because they do FOB and your load will only arrive couple of weeks or month later. If you do domestic, the moment you realized that the materials are wrong and try to confront them, they'll delay the process and charge you interest and probably take you to court and f**k you up.

In general, I admonish any companies to conduct any sort of business with B&B. This company is fraudulent and the owners are scums with no moral. Their corporate culture is s**t. The guys in there are all irresponsible and liars. Don't make the mistake and do any business with them ever!
