BBB Houston is a forum for any unsubstantiated accusations by mentally unstable customers or even "shake-down-artists"

No business can adequately defend itselt against BBB's open solicitation of ANY accusations by ANYONE. They do not bother to inspect jobsites, merchandise, etc. TRUTH has no place whatsoever in their "organization's" desire TO SELL MEMBERSHIPS

TO BUSINESSES ACCUSED OF ANYTHING - ESPECIALLY UNPROVEN CLAIMS or even bizarre claims by persons on

psychotropic medications.

After my Houston, Texas company was BLACKMAILED into paying many thousands of dollars to a narcotics addict AND

twice convicted felon in lieu of negative posts to BBB, we received an "F -' rating. Oddly, BBB CONTACTED ME REPEATEDLY

TO SELL ME MEMBERSHIPS...

BBB did NOTHING WHATSOEVER to help us even though this man's convictions and incarcerations were fully known.

I had an "F-" rating for 4 years!

Incidently, this BBB "complainant" was arrested recently by DEA for money laundering and narcotics traffiking again

and is incarcerated.

When will BBB be sued in a national and regional "class-action"? Or perhaps even be investigated as a possible

"ongoing criminal enterprise..."??
