BBB of Southeast FL Another Shady Business in Sunny Miami Stuart, Florida

I have lost all confidence in the BBB.  The BBB of Southeast FL needs to review their own Vision, Mission and Values as the certainly to NOT abide by them.  We had a horrid experience with a mover out of Pompano FL (Superior Moving & Storage).  Noting the BBB rates them A+.  I filed a complaint with the BBB.  We went back and forth, back and forth.  After doing more research, I discovered during the time of our complaints, there were 14 out of 25 complaints where the consumer was NOT satisfied with the business response.  Yet, they still have an A+ rating.  Superior lied and were deceptive through out their rebuttals.  I was very specific and could prove it.  Visa declared Superior scammed us and credited our account.  Another professional mover came in and evaluated our move and agreed it was the worst they had seen.  The BBB of Southeast FL response was "in the judgment of BBB, the company's response is reasonable. Although, we realize that you may still feel the matter is not resolved, we have closed the case".  They also filed our complaint under 'satisfied'.  Now there are 14 (not satisfied) /30 complaints filed against them.  If you read the recent reviews on this company, rest assured, the 5 additional complaints I feel confident are NOT satisfactory!

We now laugh at any business that tells us "we have an A rating with the BBB".  It means NOTHING!
