This company charged my account over $180.00 for two products I only authorized the trial shipping.  I ordered the products on Dec. 23, 2016 and five days after the 14 day the company said I had to cancel on Jan. 13, 2017.  I call the number  listed on my bank statement i was informed then that I should have read their terms and conditions of the sale. I went back to the order page and found a 90 day money back guarantee only.  Just like it was when I ordered.  It was only going to the web address, cs@skinopulent .com that was listed on products, that I found the 14 day trial terms and conditions in all  wthis legal jargon that was different from the order one. I was however able to cancel the monthly subscription i didn't know I had, from the phone number listed again on my bank statement.  They would not give me a refund of the whole amounts because I was over the 14 days, they did I think they said would refund 35% of purchase price.

This is an outregeous practice that gets a lot of people.  Something needs to be done to stop the hidden words that causes the ripoff of people and there should be a way to keep our money that was not authorized via hidden words.
