This Company stole $29.95 from my checking account too!  I too have a CENLAR Mortgage and pay it online using electronic checks!  It could also be the company that I had before them, Taylor, Bean & Whitacker.  Who knows!!! I filed a complaint with Bank of America who has BBU Interservices account.  They were very interested in getting to the bottom of this.  CENLAR is no help.  I got "Chris" in India.  What a joke! He would not give me a supervisor or a phone number to any other CENLAR support office!  I am filing a report with the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center, www.ic3.gov, and suggest everyone else ripped off do the same!
