BBV HOT MOVIE SALE Unauthorized Membership Fees On Credit Card Account Internet Florica

I ordered a DVD back in 2010 for my daughter.  The DVD cost was around $5.00.  I had noticed this BBV HOT MOVIE SALE.COM entry on my credit card statement, but I did not question it thinking my kids must have enrolled in some type of onlline movie or game service.  Finally in September of 2013, I asked members of my family about this monthly $9,95 charge from BBV MOVIE SALE.COM.  None of them knew what I was talking about.  I called the telepone number to check on this charge.  I was told back in 2010 I ordered a DVD and received free shipping which automatically enrolled me in their membership program.  The person said I was given 10 days to cancel my membership to avoid the $9.95 monthly fee.  

Not believing this, I told the person to both email and send me a hard copy of any records concerning this purchase and membership.  I received two 2010 emails concerning my original order.  There was nothing in either email indicating I had enrolled in any type of membership and was going to be charged $9.95 a month.  One email was my original order and the other was a confirmation of my order.  Neither indicated anything other than the purchase of a DVD and my credit card being charged for the DVD.  I never received any additional information either by email or regular mail.

Since my original purchase in 2010, I changed my email account and changed the credit card account due to a lost or stolen card.  Somehow this company was able to continue to charge my new account with this credit card company without ever giving me any type of notice.  The BBV HOT MOVIE SALE.COM representative said she could only give me a credit for the previous three months and cancel my membership.  The company did issue a credit for three months at $9.95 each and no longer charge my account. This is all I got after paying over $400.00 for something I never agreed to.  I thought about some type of legal action or contacting the Indiana Attorney General's Office to file a complaint.  I know this would not get me my money back and in fact cost me more money, but I might at least feel I did  something to show my contempt and disgust for this type of internet fraud.
