I ordered a book from BBV in November, 2011, and unbeknownest to me they have been charging my credit card monthly ever since for $19.95. Once I finally realized it and called them today, they claim I signed up for their membership when I ordered the book. They only agreed to credit me $40.00. They just made $140.00 doing nothing!!! I have issued a complaint against them with our credit card company. Do not order books from this company. And if you do, you better check your charge card statements carefully. I considered myself an experienced online shopper for many years now, but these people really scammed me.
