BCBG MaxAzria Deceptive Retail Store Return Policy Vernon, California

BCBG's retail stores have a completely unreasonable return policy that is not adequately advised to shoppers at the store. They do not offer refunds at all; only store credit or exchange within 10 days. There is a very small-font sign near the register but it is very misleading in how it's worded in that it's not clear that refunds are unavailable, even within the 10 days with tags attached/unworn. Moreover, the sales associates do not advise of this "no refund" policy. And how can this be, when, if you buy their clothes at a Saks or Bloomingdale's or Macy's, you can return to those retailers for a refund?? All women know you need to take new clothes home and try them on with your existing wardrobe, and if you can't make the outfits work you need to be able to bring the clothes back for a refund. I will NEVER shop at BCGB again until they change this policy to offer refunds. I urge everyone to do likewise - eschew this retailer of expensive, unreturnable clothes with the completely unacceptable return policy. With the prices they charge, we are entitled to love what we buy and bring it back if we don't love it. BCBG traps you into the purchase. Don't shop there if you value the ability to change your mind!!
