 I was contacted by this company for a credit card debt from over 15 years ago.

Not only did they contact me, but left threatening voice messages at my parent's home, my ex mother in laws home and someone who bought my old house.

After speaking with my attorney, the credit card statute of limitations is 6 years in OHIO.

My attorney has advised me to contact the police and file a report with the BBB.

The investigator was rude. I did not appreciate them speaking to me in the manner they did, nor do I appreciate them contacting all of the above mentioned. My mom is an elderly lady and this really upset her.

I will be sending them a letter as well as contacting the police and filing a report.
