I did not sign a contract with BDD, yet they expect me to pay for services NOT provided, services that I cannot use, and services that were falsely stated as required in order to sell on the internet legally. When contacted numerous times since October, 2009, they claim that there is a 3 day cancellation period. There was NO contract to be signed, nor was there any mention of the 3 day rule until AFTER the 3 days, and since their services were based upon enrollment and guaranteed success with IVY Capital ICI, and Fortune Learning Systems who did refund my money, they expect the customer to go ahead with a LLC, Corporate Credit and Tax "Specialists" when a business was never achieved with ICI/Ivy Capital and Fortune Learning Systems. They are very condescending, and blame the customer for not working hard enough, and "program abandonment". The program (business) was not abandon, because there never was a business, and that is why ICI/Ivy Capital and Fortune Learning Systems refunded my money!!! Even if I had signed something with BDD, they did not provide corporate credit within the 6 month guarantee (that was also blamed on me). This is a very deceptive company, and they make provisions for themselves to make the customer feel trapped into continuing. Fraud is a very good term to use here, because not only did they lie by omission, they also refuse to take responsibility for not telling customers about what they really do with your money. Changing their names every so often makes it almost impossible to research them adequately, and customers do not have an opportunity to make an informed decision about whether to believe them or not, and they are VERY convincing!

As an ex employee of thic company you are 100 percent correct, we are trained to use SALES WORDS, we are also told its ok to use a made up name, The owners of tis company all drive new mercedes benz and all have bought new homes in a very exclusive area of henderson neveda.. They also have cut the employees pay by 47% to be able to pay for these homes and cars.. but to take it all in they have now stated that if you are not LDS (MORMON) you cant be trusted so they are replacing all the management staff..With Mormon's The One True Church The One True God.. I think its The One True Cult.....

I have been asking for a refund from BDD, BDDNV, Nevada Corporate Division, whatever they are called now since May, 2010, and NO is the answer I get. Now they have sent a false statement to my credit card company telling them that I did not comply, when I waited 2 months once for an e-mail reply from my "business coach" and that was before I even started asking for a refund. I was also told in May (when I asked why I did not have corporate credit as guaranteed in 6 months) that I did not fill out a form correctly. Now I wrote to my "coach" on 2 separate occasions asking what to do next, and they wait until I start asking for a refund for services not provided to tell me this???? I have been paying $2-300 interest on the money that I was loaning them, and got nothing but an overpriced and unnecessary LLC for $9,280.00. Now I do not know about you, but I do not feel that I should have to pay for receiving nothing, and the last e-mail that I received in response said that they were 'done helping me'. I have never experienced such fraud in my life, and I hope that no one else has to experience this stress.
