BDK Motors AKA: Ken Derossiers BDK Inc. will try to reposess the car you purchased so they can sell it multiple times. BEWARE!!! Internet

BDK Inc., owned by Ken Derossiers, will sell you a car and take money for the tax, tags and fees and never deliver your license plates. I purchased a can from then and was told that I would have my license plates in 30 days. After 60 days with 2 temp tags expired I was told that I wasn't getting my tags until I paid the car off. This is illegal. I refused to pay my last payment until I got the tags and Ken Derossiers repossessed the car. He said that corporate, in Dallas, TX, had done it. I checked and the corporation is owned solely by Ken Derossiers. I asked him what he wanted to release the car and he said I would be receiving a letter in the mail stating the amount. The letter never came. I called the state and was told that there was little that they could do and that dealers like this try to repossess every car that they sell so that they can resell the same car multiple times while only paying for it once. They count on you not having the money to go to an attorney to fight them. So I  got an attorney and foght him in court to get the car I paid for back. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone so my advise is to find another car at another dealer who values his reputation and is ethical.
