Beach Body Club PPL Ordered on Phone - Never again Nationwide

On 4/29/2015 I ordered the Beach Body DVD's by phone. During the phone call the representative assisting continually tried to up sale me for everything from vitamins, shakes, diet stuff, personal coaches, etc. I emphactically told her i want NOTHING else but the DVDs. Turns out she signed me up for some kind of fitness program for $42.37 per month.

I was never told about this "club" or that I woudl have to cancel it. I've ordered many products online where you get the product free (pay S&H only) and you're automatically enrolled in re-orders. I've always cancelled in the time permitted so I don't get charged for something I don't want.

But not purchasing from the website I feel deceived by the sales person. She was very nice, but it was constantly, right now we're offering blah blah blah for $$$$ wouldn't you like to take advantage of this great price", and then again another upsale for this for that. It came down to me telling her anymore options and I was not going to buy the dvds. Ridiculous.

 I talked to a woman from India and had a difficult hearing or understanding her. It's not her fault, she was polite as can be given the situationn. She told me my membership (which I had no idea about) would be cancelled and my money refunded. But I'm leary that this cancellation will take place.

I was given CNX number 58025539 - I'm just hoping it really gets cancelled and I get my money back.

This company is a RIP OFF.
