Beach Pros Realty Rental Agreement Allows for Condo to Remain Dirty until Midnight? Virginia Beach Virginia

There is much untruth in the claims made by this "Virginia Physician."  This guest needed a place to stay in Virginia Beach and were a last minute check in.  We had to rearrange cleaning services to even make it possible.  Our office manager, Christi Rhodes, and cleaning staff stayed late that evening.  These guests knew that we were making special last minute provisions.  When "Virginia Physician" states that he was ignored, he called me the day he was checking out and we had a nice conversation and I said I would look into his complaint. Ownership spoke with him personally.   We have written correspondence to prove that we did offer him 1/2 days rent, which was exactly what he asked for, even though our agreement did not require that on a last minute check in.  He checked in approximately 6pm and the condo was ready by 8pm.  While we were looking into his claims and deciding what to do for him, he threatened us with filing these disparaging reviews if we did not give him money.  We were apologetic and we offered exactly what he asked for, mainly to keep him from making good on his threats and posting horrible reviews of our family real estate firm all over the internet but he posted this anyway. It's hard to believe an established physician would threaten and make good on those threats to hurt a family or their family business.  No good deed goes unpunished.
