Beacon Finantial Group is nothing but a scam Charlotte north carolina

I to was taken in by this scam.I surfed the net for bad credit loans.the next day i recieved a call from Charlie Fisher saying i had been approved for a 5000.00 loan.He faxed me a doc.that i was to sign and fax back and i did.

It sounded to good to be true that should have been my first clue.I had to send 900.00to secure the loan.it would have been added back to the princible of the loan.the day the money was supposed to be deposited i got a call that the lender needed another 900.00 because of my poor credit.

i thought it was the light at the end of the tunnel.i wanted to believe it was real so bad.the next time it was due to be deposited i got another call saying the lender had backed out and they were going to take leagal action aginst them. i told them i wanted a refund they in turn said it would be 30 days before they could do it.

i got upset and raised my voice to him.he yelled at me and said dont raise your voice to me or our conversation ends now and it will take 3 yrs to get your money back.the money was supposed to be deposited on jan.2 2009 by 5 into my checking account.i wasent there so i contacted the bbb in charllette n.c.

i have since learned the address i was given dosent exist and the tellophone number has been dicconected.i dont know what else to do to maybe get my money back it has put us in a bad finanial situation we may loose our home and probabley our car.
