I am a wholesale customer of Beamonstar called Sneek-A-Peek located in NY. I have bought from them for several years. Never had a problem. Never had a late shipment. Orders were always accurate and timely,billing was always spot on. Was always treated with courtesy,professionalism and respect. Had many dealings with Belle,who judging by my expierirnce is a wonderful person and competant professional. I have never seen,heard or expierienced anything that would make me believe the bad report on this site. I deal with this company with confidence and will continue to do so. The personel and product are top notch. The comments in the report,border on slanderous in my opinion and I dont believe a word of them and urge any readers "to take it with a grain of salt" ,so to speak. The writer appears to be a disgruntled employee.

At Beamonstar.com we take issue with this ex-employee's remarks, and although this website (Ripoffreport.com) has a long standing policy that it never removes a posting, no matter how baseless or unsubstantiated the facts and circumstances are of the person who authored the posting, we feel that a response is in order.

Here are the facts. Beamonstar.com is a legally operating small business that sells and distributes products to over 700 customers in several countries. Indeed, the bulk of our business comes from repeat orders. Not one of these customers has ever posted a complaint on any website against our company; no customer or distributor has ever sued our company (nor threatened to); and no customer and no distributor has ever had a problem with Beamonstar.com that wasn't satisfactorily resolved. Additionally, no complaint has ever been made against us to any agencies such as the Better Business Bureau or the like.

The reason for this unblemished operating record is simple - Beamonstar.com cares about its customers and its reputation. Sure, like most companies that deal in product distribution will from time to time have a complaint from a customer. However, our company promptly and personally involves itself to correct and solve each problem.

We reiterate once again, the only complaint ever published about our company was by a former employee who was terminated a couple of days before her publication on this website - NOT A CUSTOMER. Our policy is and always has been toward total customer satisfaction.

worked with this company.From seeing what I have seen working there that I should let and tell everyone what they do and what they did to me. This company works out of their home here in Queen Creek Arizona.

The president of the company Jeff Bolanos is on Adult probation due to getting caught with possession of having and doing meth and cocaine.He violates his probation. He's not suppose to drink or go out of state or do any drugs.All 3 he still does.He has a very bad drug problem.

His girlfriend Belle Chang is also a user.She mostly run this business while he locks him self in the bed room or sleeps all day.They tell customers and falsely say that the product they sale is 100% money back if you do not like the product.Sorry to say but it's not true.They will avoid you or argue you about or con you to believe that it works.

They have poor customer service skills and very unprofessional .I was working there for 6 months and they did a evaluation and said I was a good employee and etc..His girlfriend Belle Chang has a jealousy issue. I'm there to make money to support my kids and myself.I'm like everyone else who is a hard worker.

So what Belle did was trying her hardest to find anything to fire me.This company are con artist. There were times that they distribute products to company's and wouldn't send them out till when they felt like it. I think this is wrong doing.If I owned a company I would not do what they do.So when you buy the Extenze or Xplozion or sweeten 69 your paying for his drug problem.

They treat and under pay their employees and treat them like were their slaves.When you buy the 7 day supply bottles...We remove them from a booklet and stuff them in a bottle and lable the bottle and seal it.Un sanitary and a rip off.They also tried to get on state assistance.They make enough money that there is no reason for them to get help from the state. So please everyone....Be careful on what you buy.
