I bought a vacation to Ireland throught Cybergetaways on eBay in 2004. Nowhere did it say I would have to go through another party. After paying my initial deposit I get the paperwork showing me two different Companies I had to deal with. Fantastic Destinations and Bear Country Vacations. I paid almost $3000 to Bear Country Vacations on 12/6/05 only to have them file Bankruptcy on 12/13/05. A mere week after cashing my check!!
Obviously they committed Fraud! Fantastic Destinations and Cybergetaways claim they knew nothing about the Bankruptcy till the same day I did. I find that hard to believe if they work with them so closely?!?! I had investigated Cybergetaways when I bought my trip originally. They had great feedback and references so I had no problem. That is until I figured they just pawned me off on someone else who is a criminal! Don't trust anybody related to any of these three Companies as you will never see your money again!
