Yes, there is a Patricia Anderson- I am so very disappointed in her. I had very frequent contact with her regarding vacations up until this and then is it like she disappeared. It is weird if she did not file bankruptcy because I know she informed me that she had $100,000 of credit card debt and then business debt and that both she and her husband, David Anderson , filed bankruptcy. She would even tell me that she could not look something up because of the files being in the trustees office. She lied to me and I sent about $12000 to Apple Vacations, to pay for certain people's vacations, then it ended up going on other people's vacations so now I am left with that
much in chargebacks and seem to have no recourse and no way to get in touch with her. I know that her mother's phone number (Shirley Lingard, also living in Chilliwack ) is 604-703-0503 but you can't ever reach anyone there.

Patricia's phone has been disconnected- I know that their house was a rent house so they may be living with her mother now, I just don't know. I
can tell you that she has 6 kids, lives in a rent house and has an old van. What is crazy is that up to this point, she always worked so hard and then this out of the blue. She had even told me that things were starting to go smoothly right before I got the email about her filing. I know that she said she filed corporate and personal bankruptcy- her business names are Bear Country Vacations and Rocky Mountain Wholesale. I checked with a few lawyers on the area where she lives and they only handle personal bankruptcy so I am wondering if there is another lawyer in another town that handles corporate that she would have gone to. I just don't know- I feel so cheated and betrayed, and ripped off - I am having to come up with $12,000 immediately and of course, don't have it- it went to Apple Vacations! But, now for what it was supposed to , apparently. If you find anything out, please let me know and I will do the same for you
