Beatifully Tamed Takes Your Money: Sends You Nothing Internet

Do not order from this website! They make promises about sending ordered products out within 5-13 business days. I have contacted their customer support on many separate occassions trying to get a tracking number, estimated arrival date, or any confirmation that I am to recieve the item ordered and have only gotten empty promises. 

Information logs of the "customer service" :

Ann- "On June 14th, 2015 I made an order and still have yet to receive it as of July 5th 2015"

Beautifully Tamed- "It is actually being picked up by usps tomorrow" (This is geuinely all the confimation I recieved in the reply email after sending all my order information again.)

Ann- "It has been two months since I have made my order and I have still not received my item. I am incredibly dissatisfied and I want a full refund. Refer to message thread for my order information."

Beautifully Tamed- "We do apologize for the delay your order will be shipping out to you within the next two weeks also you will be able to use the discount code Loyalty7 for an additional 10% off of your next order with us, once again we do apologize for the delay. also if you would like a refund as stated in the terms and conditions that you had to agree to in order to place an order with us all refunds are minus 25%" 

Ann- "It has been two weeks from the last interaction and I have yet to receive my ordered item.The refund policy would make sense if I actually received an item. I would feel a little less stressed if you confirmed my shipping information, gave me a tracking number, or would give me an estimated date of arrival for this product. "

Bottom line, if you order from this website, you will get scammed.
