I ordered a free sample product called Beau Derma. All I had to do was pay the s/h of 4.95.

Exactly 14 days later they charged my account $89.95. When I called about the charge they said that I should have returned the product within the 14 days if I didn't want to pay full price. No where did I see that written. I was scammed.

They stated my shipment had already been shipped, charged my account, and a week later still no product.
