It took months and months to get this small bathroom done. This job was a job that should have been done in about a week. The bathroom was already demoed, cleaned up and ready for remodel.

The initial worker disappeared after a month or so of sporadic workdays and was replaced by a worker who was unskilled. Work in the home was many times done as late as 9:30PM to 10:00PM at night.

Budget: Grossly over budget with failed workmanship by Beauden Corp workers requiring us to hire professional help and additional materials, at our expense, to correct the subpar work done by Beauden Corp. With Beauden Corp, you’re not going to pay once but twice and have your job done twice just to get the job done.

Plumbing: Sink faucets were installed and left not working properly and the toilet would not flush properly requiring a plumber to redo the work. When the bathroom lights are turned out there is no power to the bathroom outlets. Worker disappeared for weeks on end and then disappeared from the job all together. Floor grout was not laid under the vanity.

Doors and Walls: The bathroom door trim was nailed into the bathroom pocket door with nails that were to long. When the door was closed or opened, it caused a large scratch across the whole pocket door. The worker cut a large hole in the sheetrock to remove the nails but did not know how to patch the wall. The pocket door had to be repaired by a professional painter at our expense.

Clean up: Mastic (glue) was left post job smeared all over the new tile flooring. Daily trash was not hauled off from job site. The trash, mastic (glue) and other work trash, sheet rock, paper, plastic, etc., was dumped into my trash cans and left to dry causing the trash to be forever stuck to the bottom of my trash cans. Outside work area was left with

debris, bits and pieces of broken tile and grout, left on the driveway and yard.
