I was greeted with very bad phone reception, loud background noise and a very thick accent i was then given the robot speach about i failed to cancel after 14 day trial od which was not plainly stated anywhere. I asked for a supervisor and corporate number which i was refused  and was emailed the same customer service number.I was offered only a refund I refused it being told all i cam do is return the free sample for a full refumd that will take weeks. this  took several calls and hours of my time for zero results.
