After seeing several advertisements for Beaute Lift Serum i decided to obtain the trial offer of serum for 4.99.  The company automatically added an eye cream for 4.95 and an unknown charge of 1.99.

I sent an email asking to have the cream and unknown charge stopped.  I received an email back stating i had to call a number.  When i called the number, i had to listen to multiple advertisements and then the call was hung up.  I found another number listed and called that number.  I received a message that said this number was out of order and it directed me to another number to call.  That number was for a paid directory assistance.  After much research on the internet i finally found a number for customer service.  They were rude and told me the order had been shipped and i could not cancel it.

I asked how an order could have been shipped in under an hour and was told it was shipped and there was nothing they could do.

Today, 2 weeks after my initial "trial" i had a charge of 89.95 on my account.  I again called and demanded a refund.  They refused, although they did offer me a reduced price on another purchase.  I told them i wanted nothing to do with their product or their company, i just wanted a refund as i had originally requested.  The customer service rep was very rude and said he would cancel my "membership" and that i would not receive further charges but that the charge of 89.95 would not be refunded.

When i first placed the order i looked at and read everything on the page, there was nothing about a "membership" fee or any recurring fees.

After speaking to the customer service rep i researched the web and finally found a policy stating that after your 14 day trial, you would receive a charge after 30 days.  My order was placed on 4/7/17, my cancellation was placed on 4/8/17 - this was ignored by the company.  I do have the email i sent them.  On 4/21/17 they charged the 89.95, this is not 30 days after my "membership".

I did call my bank and stopped the payment, but it cost me 27 dollars to do so.  This company is running a scam, listing phone numbers that are out of service or that are for a multitude of advertisements.  The service is missing in customer service and yet they continue to run ads all across the internet.

This practice needs to be stopped.

I ordered and cancelled within 5 minutes and the customer service rep said I couldn't cancel and that I would be charged a 9.95 cancellation fee and I had to wait until nov.7th. They kept asking me why I want to cancel and kept putting me on unnecessary holds. This company is a SCAM and needs to be closed!
