Beaute Wrinkle Creme and Beaute Wrinkle Reducer Not Known Product advertised as a trial, customer paid s/h only. There was no added notification that customer had to call to cancel within 14 days or automatic billing and shipping would take place. I received my credit card statement and I had been billed for both products for a total of $99.95 for one and $89.95 for the other. I never saw this claim listed anywhere in the advertisement I got. I called the number listed for customer service and was told they would cancel future orders but I would be responsible for the current order which I haven't received it yet but was billed for it. This is definitely not a reputable company. They list 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed or Money Refunded but this is not true. Internet

I purchased two products on the Internet Beaute Wrinkle Reducer and Beaute Wrinkle Creme.  The advertisement said it was a trial size order and payment was for shipping and handling only.  No where in the advertisement did it indicate that if you didn't call the company in 14 days you would continue to receive regular orders of these products.  

Since I did not call to cancel, I received my credit card statement with charges of $99.95 for one product and $89.95 for the other.  However, I haven't received the product yet and my billing statement was from 4/18/17.  It is now 6/15/17.  

When I called to cancel these orders I was told they would cancel any further orders but I would be responsible for the products billed on my credit card.  I notified my credit card company and they are disputing these charges.  On there advertisements they claim 100% Guaranteed Satisfaction or your money back!  This was a lie since they refused to credit me for the products they haven't shipped yet and that I did not actually order.   They are disreputable because they do not tell you up front and openly that if you accept the trial offer you will continue to receive this product until you call and cancel.
