It seems like the Eyes Wide Open LLC Company and the Haute Beauty Cream Company are one in the same but with different phone numbers?

When I inquired about being reimbursed for this trial I was told that they do not take products back or reimburse,even if unopened. The most anyone can recieve is 45% off of yet another purchase. Or possibly 25% back. There is supposedly fine writing stating that its only a 14 day trial and if you don't cancel within that time you will be charged full price for whatever products you wanted to try, Which in in my case was 87.00 for one and 89.41 for the other. I had ordered my trials on October 4 and hadnt recieved them until the 10th. Unfortunately the trial starts on the day you order! I was out of the state when they came and didnt get to them to try in time to call and cancel (which is what I would've done knowing how much thet were charging me for two tiny little bottles.) I have tried to dispute it with my bank we shall see how that works out.

So to sum up my experience, I paid alot of money for hardly any product which I can't return or get reimbursed for most of the paid price.This stuff better at least be good!
