BEAUTIMER AND STEMOLOGICA SKIN PRODUCTS THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE COMPANY, CORPORATE, OR OWNER'S NAME OR ADDRESS EXCEPT TO SAY THAT THE NAME OF THE COMPANY IS BEAUTEMER AND STEMOLOGICA.

Being interested in trying the Beautimer product, I ordered it.    Upon receipt, when I opened the box, the only piece of paper inside was a customer service phone numnber.  I called it.  Since there was nothing about the price of the product, I asked the price.  When they told me $99+ for a 30 day supply, I told them that was way too much and that I had to cancel the order.   They then offered me the product for $69.+  I told them I needed more time to try it out because I didn't receive it until the 29th and I ordered it on the 26th....They started the trial the day they shipped.  LOL   They gave me until 6/26 to try the product.  Today, June 5th, I received a second product in the mail on a trial basis that I did not order and was charged a shipping charge for Stemologica. I called and advised them I didn't order it and to please send me a shipping label.  They refused and told me I did order it.  They refused to accept my answer and also refused to send me a shipping label.   At that point I asked for the name of the owner or company and they then refused that to me also.   I asked for the email or phone number of the owner/company/corporation and they refused that too stating the name of the company was Beautimer and Stemologica.   That is erroneous.  The return address is in Greenville SC so I checked the Division of corporations in Greenville and they are not listed under that name.    There is also no company/corporation name of the box of either product.   They refused to acknowledge I didn't order the second product, refused to send me a shopping label, refused to hgive me the correct name, address or phone number of the company, corporation or anything.   All I have is a return shipping address with a cstomer service phone number and that just is unacceptable and unprofessional to me.   They state they do not have to give that information to me.   So be it.    I don't have to not report them to "Rip Off Report" either.     Patsy
