On October 18, 2017, I ordered the supposed diet products Pure Extract Green Coffee and Pure Extract Garcinia Cambogia. My understanding, via a telephone conversation with a sales representative that followed my online order, was that I had 14 days in which to cancel these subscriptions at no charge - other than the shipping cost of the first "free" order.
The products did not agree with me and I had intestinal difficulties. I phoned to cancel within the 14 day period and today found my Visa card charged for $89.95 to Beauty Brilliance LLC and $89.95 to NaturalPlusGarcinia.
I have cancellation notices for both these subscriptons and there is no indication that I will be charged for anything. Also, when I spoke to the representative to cancel at 1-877-868-5510 he made no indication that I would be charged.
I have no intention of paying for these charges and will have Visa challenge them.
