Beauty by Beltran Dr. Robert Beltran, Beauty by Beltran Medi Spa This outfit sold 'packages' of which they did not honor. They packed up in the night and gone the next day. That came from the office across from Beltrans. They did not tell me by mail or phone that they were closing up. I happened to go by there and the office was dark. I am hoping more people find this and we can create a class action suit. I cannot be the only person left out in the cold. Their former NP recounted that she was glad to be away from them as she saw the way they operated and wanted out. Irvine California

I spent a great deal of money at Beauty by Beltran. They swindled not only me but others.  This office shut down without warning or notice. They made off with at least $3,000 of my hard-earned money. The daughter in charge of the dirty business, Stephanie Beltran emailed me that my services would be honored. This was January of 2015. She said they would find a plastic surgeon or med spa for me to redeem my services. Their records were so poorly kept that they did not know what I had left in my chart. She gave me the business that I would have to pay a large fee for them to get my records out. I never heard from them again. I have found that the poor record keeping or lack of keeping records straight is a common complaint re; Dr. Beltran's office. I am hoping more victims will search out his families scam and seek to file a class-action suit or at least expose his family for this despicable treatment of patients. If a man cared about his last name, he should honor his patients and their rights to fair practice.
