Advertised using Dr. Oz and Barbara Strasand, and said the product would be sent out as a free sample for 15days but you only pay a shipping and handling fee of $3.95. If you like the product then they will ship you additional shipments going forward. I ordered the product bases on these terms. I got a call from Customer service to add an additional eye cream at the same S&H fee with no commitment if the product did not work. She said all I have to do is call Customervservice and cancel my order and my card would not be billed. After I tried the product for the first time I had an irritation, I called CS and tried to cancel my order. I spoke to a Mr. Luke who first tried to talk me out of not cancelling my order, then he said he would charge me 50% (this was suppose to be a free sample) so I told him this and he said , no it would cost $97 per product or if I agree to keep the product he would give me a discount and it would cost me around $50.00... I told him I would like to return the product. He gave me an RMA number and sent me an email letting me know that now I have to also pay a restocking fee of $20.00 per product!
